Introducing Minterpress: A new Tezos NFT plugin on WordPress!

The Tezos NFT Wordpress plugin allows Tezos NFT holders to verify ownership through connecting their wallet to a webpage in order to access exclusive content. WordPress is a content management system that people use to create websites. WordPress websites use software called plug-ins that increase the functionality of any website.

How does the plug-in work?

Simply login to the Wordpress page by connecting your Tezos wallet and if you hold the required NFT, you will be logged in. The content on a WordPress webpage will be locked until the user verifies their NFT through connecting their wallet. In other words, unless a user has a specific NFT that is required by the website, they won’t be permitted to access the restricted parts of that site. This allows the creators to design exclusive web pages that are only accessible to their NFT holders. They can even make the entire website unlockable with the NFT.

Examples of this permissioned content for members of your NFT community can be articles, video classes, digital experiences, private discussion groups, and more. All this can be easily done using the Tezos NFT plugin on WordPress.

The plugin is open-source for anyone to build their own NFT locked premium content for their communities.

Now, with Tezos NFTs, communities can have experiences like the Treasure Hunt with Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and other “holders only” events.
